Yardwork and Housekeeping....

Isn’t it fun how a single task with a child in tow... turns into 32? I always find it humorous how Kenzie wants to participate in every task, like trimming flowers and sweeping off the patio. I give her a wee little broom and commence with my activity all the while watching her busy herself with her own administrative little chores. Suddenly the entire bed of mulch has relocated itself onto the sidewalk (yes, that I’d already swept three times), or every live and luscious flower has been deadheaded from a plant, or 307 paper towel bits have been shredded and scattered around a once clean room.

Aren’t toddlers a big help?
