On Big Sisterhood
Kenzie is enamored with Rylan. She's fascinated, interested, and so eager to help.
She'd be happiest if no one but her held him. EVER.
I'm so proud of her. And so upset with myself for ever losing patience with her during this adjustment period. We have seen some atypical "obnoxious" behaviors lately - so we are trying to make sure we remain vigilant to her feelings as a displaced child.
I knew I'd feel "the guilt" over disrupting her world, but it's so much larger than I ever anticipated.
We love you baby girl!!! You're already proving to be an incredible big sister. Rylan, Mommy & Daddy are so very lucky to have you!!!!

It's a little rough at first, but you all will adjust..I promise!
I agree with Beki. Totally. I am still adjusting. Somedays I am surprised that Erika & Ainslee haven't just packed up their bags and hit the road. Thankfully that thought hasn't crossed their minds (I think?). There are more good days than bad so hang in there - you and Kenzie both!! Thinking of you lots.
