We're getting more creative in how we spend our hot summer days.




Kenzie has taken to freezing a menagerie of toys in little cups of water. She has even snuck a few into the freezer when I wasn't aware. She loves to take them straight from the freezer & right outdoors. Watching them melt, and eating the ice creates a wee bit of chill.

















Water squirt bottles are good for water wars,and for quick thirst quenching drinks too.




Painting on the concrete with water is bunches of fun, especially when it moves up onto the hot little body.






And, when all else fails. Wear as few clothes as possible. A genie costume certainly fits that bill.
